Florentinersaal
Five large chandeliers illuminate the Florentinersaal in the Casino Baden-Baden. At the time of the French casino tenants, it served as a magnificent ballroom. The orchestra performed in a shell suspended from the ceiling. Musicians such as Paganini and Clara Schumann gave concerts here. In 2009, the Florentinersaal was the center of international attention at the festivities marking the 60th anniversary of the founding of NATO.
