Dvořák: From the new world

Presale

for everyone from 20.10.26 | 9 am

This "thieving magpie" has adorned her nest with heaps of diamonds! In today's concert, the melodies also shine brilliantly. First off, we have Rossini's overture which, with its sparkling wit, is used time and again as film music. Dvořák's Symphony "From the New World" shows how effortlessly symphonic mastery combines with tunes you can’t stop humming. Finally, Chopin's Second Piano Concerto is more delicate than the heroic First: when he wrote this music, the young composer was in love.
