Participants lie on yoga mats in a mirrored studio. A harpist plays soothing music as they relax.
Movement, breathing, and music: welcome to yoga with a harp! The event will kick off with a short concert which will create space for participants to arrive. Nurcan from The Legend will then lead a yoga session lasting around 50 minutes, accompanied by the live harp music of Amerie Schlösser, a former musician with the National Youth Orchestra of Germany. To round off the session, another mini-concert invites you to let the session resonate and to take new energy into the day. Make sure to bring comfortable clothes! Mats will be provided by The Legend.
