How can feelings, moods, and thoughts be expressed through movement? Together with Pablo Polo, dancer with the Staatsballett at the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe, we will explore this question.
The focus is not on any particular dance style, but on the free exploration of movement, music, and expression. Following last year's resounding success, the workshop is once again aimed especially at beginners and anyone who is curious. No experience is necessary. We recommend loose, comfortable clothing along with a desire to move your body and try new things.
