Pantsula originated in the townships of Johannesburg and is now one of South Africa’s most energetic dance styles. South African dancer, choreographer, and teacher Kgotsofalang Moshe Mavundla, a dancer with the Compagnie Amala Dianor, will teach the characteristic steps and rhythms of this unique style. The company brings together dancers from all over the world and from different dance traditions. The workshop is aimed at beginners and can be attended without any prior knowledge or dance experience. Make sure to bring comfortable clothes!
