Rhythm is King. Without a steady pulse, there’s no flow—and without flow, there’s no true improvisation. In this workshop, we’ll get to the heart of the groove and find ways to sync up as a group.

Through body percussion, pattern play, and interactive jam sessions, we’ll sharpen our sense of rhythm—both individually and as a group. We’ll listen more deeply, react more quickly, and develop a shared sense of timing that carries us forward.

Open to all instruments.
