Connexion
The World in Rhythm
People connect through music - for millennia and across continents. Connexion celebrates this in a special way. Thomas Hengelbrock, the Balthasar Neumann Orchestra, Ensemble Repercussion and musicians from the Cuban-European Youth Orchestra present music from America around 1900, elaborate video installations and the question: what is the original sound of the present or even the future. This evening can provide food for thought. What it guarantees: a huge orchestral sound, togetherness in rhythm and American ease, and the conductor's promise: "At the end of the program, the Festspielhaus will dance!" As a music fan, you should not miss this experiment - especially not, at this special admission price.
