Opera and Christmas Choruses

Chorus of the Semperoper Dresden

  • Sun03December17:00 H

Perfect for this time of year – the most beautiful opera choruses and Christmas songs, just in time for Advent. And we’ve invited no less an ensemble than Dresden’s Sächsischer Staatsopernchor to bring you into a Christmas mood: with the slaves’ and prisoners’ choruses from Nabucco and Fidelio and other notable large-scale scenes from the opera repertoire, the ensemble’s musicians will be treating us to a joyful and effortless interpretation.
