Concert of the Wiener Philharmoniker cancelled on March 14th

Ticket holders are offered different choices

Following a decree issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Federal State of Baden-Württemberg, the sold out concert with the Wiener Philharmoniker and conductor Andris Nelsons on Saturday, March 14th 2020 at the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden will have to be cancelled.

For ticket holders, the Festspielhaus offers several choices:
1. Exchange of tickets for one of the concerts listed below:
a) Season´s opening concert, Béla Bartók´s „Bluebeard´s Castle“ with Sir Simon Rattle and the London Symphony Orchestra. Sunday, September 20th, 2020

b) Beethoven´s „Eroica“ with the Münchner Philharmoniker and Thomas Hengelbrock. Saturday, November 28th, 2020

c) Mahler, Symphony no. 6 with the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra and Lahav Shani. Saturday, November 20th, 2021

2. Ticket exchange for a Festspielhaus-voucher of the same value

3. Transformation of the ticket value into a donation for the Festspielhaus. A donation receipt will be issued.

4. Reimbursement of the ticket price
