Concessions are available in all categories for students, trainees, military and civil servicepersons, holders of the Baden-Baden Family Pass, pensioners and severely handicapped persons (disability exceeding 70 percent). Concession passes must be presented upon entry.
Subscriptions

Customers who simultaneously order tickets for more than 7 performances are eligible for a subscription. Please contact our Ticket Service Hotline for more information (Tel. 07221 / 3013-101)
Money Back Certificate
- By purchasing a “Money Back Certificate” for €5, it is possible to return tickets up to 2 hours prior to the commencement of a performance. Reasons for the return of tickets include illness, accident or death of the ticket purchaser or the accompanying person. Upon return of the tickets a testimony must be provided along with the original tickets and Money Back Certificate. For technical reasons, the Money Back Certificate cannot be purchased via the Online Ticket Service. Please contact our Ticket Service Hotline (Tel. 07221 / 3013-101).
Payment

Payment may be made with credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard) or by direct debit. We of course do not save the card number once the transaction is complete.
Vouchers
- For technical reasons, the purchase of tickets with vouchers is not available via the Online Ticket Service. Should you wish to purchase tickets using a voucher, please contact our Ticket Service Hotline (Tel. 07221 / 3013-101).
Ticket Service Opening Hours
- Our Ticket Service Hotline is available Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 10am to 2pm (Tel. 07221 / 3013-101). The box office opens 2 hours prior to the beginning of every performance. We can also be contacted by e-mail at info@festspielhaus.de.
