As soon as Max Raabe appeared on the music scene – if not earlier - it became clear that German Schlager songs are absolute pearls! However, what many forget is that they have long been pearls, especially at the time when the masters sang them. Father and son team Walter and Willi Kollo were geniuses of the light Berlin muse, and the son of the son is none other than René Kollo, who is proudly continuing the musical family tradition. “My Berlin!” is the title of his programme, in which he brings “Berlin gob” to Baden-Baden.
