We would love to invite you to join us in Berlin! However, as the capital city has become so dirty recently, we have decided to bring Berlin’s best to Baden-Baden instead. Without a doubt, Berlin’s best in the field of dance is Sasha Waltz. One of her most powerful and climactic choreographies resulted from Rihm’s work “Hunts and Forms” (“Jagden und Formen”). It is common knowledge that Wolfgang Rihm has never finished this work, rewriting it many times, finally laying his pen down only when he saw Waltz’s interpretation of his creation. It is almost impossible to improve on something so great. The choreography to “Hunts and Forms” is already recognised as a Waltz classic.
