The Blue Rider. The exhibition of works by the group of artists known as “The Blue Rider” from the Lenbachhaus in Munich has been extended by four weeks and will now run until 8th November. This is due to the large number of visitors flocking to the Frieder Burda Museum. A total of 80 paintings by the most important German artist association of the 20th century are currently on display to the public for their admiration and pleasure. The artists of the Blue Rider loved painting in the great outdoors, and expressed everything they saw and experienced - often animals and landscapes - in powerfully colourful images.
